Terms & Conditions — PlayDash55

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", "Account Holder") and PlayDash55 (the "Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at playdash55.cam (the "Platform" or "Website").

• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required under applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.

• "Third-Party Payment Processor" means any payment service provider, including but not limited to Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, and Hong Leong Connect, used to facilitate deposits and withdrawals.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on PlayDash55, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. PlayDash55 strictly prohibits gambling by persons under the age of 21. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where age eligibility cannot be confirmed.
• You must be a natural person (an individual human being), not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.

Each eligible individual may register and hold one (1) Account only on the PlayDash55 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and telephone number. You undertake to maintain and promptly update this information to keep it accurate at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. PlayDash55 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

You must notify PlayDash55 immediately upon discovering any unauthorised use of your Account or any security breach. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

PlayDash55 is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) on all Account Holders prior to processing withdrawal requests. You may be asked to provide copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality.

By accessing and using the PlayDash55 Platform, you agree to use the Services exclusively for lawful, personal, and non-commercial entertainment purposes. You agree not to use the Platform in any manner that:

• Violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation;
• Constitutes fraudulent, dishonest, or deceptive conduct towards PlayDash55 or other users;
• Interferes with or disrupts the integrity, operation, or security of the Platform;
• Involves the transmission of any unsolicited advertising or promotional material;
• Involves the use of automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.

PlayDash55 reserves the right to monitor all activity on the Platform to ensure compliance with these Terms. In the event of a suspected breach, PlayDash55 may suspend your Account pending investigation without prior notice.

PlayDash55 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via a range of approved payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and supported cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB). The minimum deposit amount is RM30. The maximum deposit per transaction is RM30,000, subject to the limits of the chosen payment method.

Deposits are typically credited instantly for e-wallet and DuitNow transactions. FPX and online banking transfers may take between 5 and 15 minutes to appear in your Account Balance. PlayDash55 does not charge deposit fees, however, third-party payment processors may impose their own transaction fees for which PlayDash55 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful completion of KYC verification and in accordance with the following indicative timelines: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers within 5 to 15 minutes; direct bank wire transfers within 15 to 60 minutes. These timelines are indicative only and may vary during peak processing periods or where additional verification is required.

PlayDash55 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account Holder.

All Account Balances, wagers, and winnings are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless the Account is designated as a cryptocurrency account, in which case balances may be denominated in the relevant digital currency. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.

PlayDash55 offers various promotional offers, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and other time-limited incentives. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the promotion is offered:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements which must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds and real funds are held separately within your Account. Real funds are wagered first, followed by bonus funds.
• Bonuses are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Unused bonus funds will expire and be removed from your Account at the end of the validity period.
• Each eligible player may claim a welcome bonus once only. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on multiple accounts constitutes fraud and will result in account closure.
• PlayDash55 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to the protection of legitimate expectations already established.
• Any attempt to abuse promotional terms — including but not limited to matched betting strategies, low-risk hedging, or exploit of system errors — will result in cancellation of the bonus and may result in account suspension.

Specific promotion terms, including eligible games, minimum odds, and maximum bonus caps, will be stated on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer.

PlayDash55 offers sports betting markets covering Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), Champions League, La Liga, UFC, and a wide range of other international sporting events. All sports bets placed on the Platform are subject to the following conditions:

• Odds are subject to change at any time prior to the confirmation of a bet. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds applicable to that wager.
• In-play betting is available on selected markets. PlayDash55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or cancel in-play betting at any time without notice, including where it suspects irregular betting activity.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. These limits may be varied at PlayDash55's discretion.
• In the event of a match or event being cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport, as published in the full Sports Betting Rules documentation available on the Platform.
• Mix Parlay bets combine multiple selections. All selections within a Mix Parlay must win for the bet to be settled as a winner. If any selection within a parlay is void, the parlay will be recalculated excluding that selection.
• PlayDash55 reserves the right to void or re-settle any bet where it is determined that an obvious pricing error occurred, or where match-fixing or result manipulation is suspected.

All casino games offered on the PlayDash55 Platform — including slot games, live dealer table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Sic Bo), crash games, and fishing games — use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live-dealer mechanics to ensure fair, unpredictable outcomes.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term figures and do not guarantee any individual session outcome. RTP values represent the expected return over millions of game rounds and are not indicative of results in any single session.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game round, PlayDash55 will attempt to restore the game to its pre-fault state. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the PlayDash55 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one Account, or opening an Account on behalf of a third party;

• Engaging in chargebacks or reversal of any transaction with your payment provider in bad faith;

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence, to the extent that such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

PlayDash55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
